‘Stonegrillin’ is a unique delicious healthy interactive dining experience, that allows your meal to be presented cooking on a heat retaining volcanic stone at your table.

The unique method of cooking uses a very high temperature that sears in the natural juices, flavours and nutrients. This ensures a taste you have never experienced before.

‘Stonegrillin’ enables you to enjoy a meal freshly prepared to your own personal taste, whether its rare, medium or well done. Simply turn over your selection when it arrives at the table, slice off a portion or two, lay them on their side, allowing these to sear and cook to your liking.

 
 
 
   
We only select the freshest juiciest meats. The beef is Scottish highland prime, and you can be assured that we use only the very best cuts.
